Step One: Submitting Your Resume
Be sure to include an updated resume when you submit your application for the open position(s) you’re interested in. Once submitted, you will receive a verification code confirming we have received your application.
Step Two: Application Review
A team member from our Human Resources Department will review your application within two weeks of its submission.
Step Three: Scheduling a Phone Interview
If your resume matches our qualifications,
a member of the Human Resources
Department will be in contact to schedule
a phone interview.
Step Four: Onsite Interview
Candidates with successful phone interviews will be invited to have an onsite interview at one of our offices in either Baltimore, Maryland or Falls Church, Virgina. You will participate in an interview with several leadership members or senior department team members. Please be prepared to answer questions related to your resume and a series of behavioral-based questions.
Step Five: Job Offer or Share Day
After your onsite interview, Infinite Legacy will contact you within 5-7 business days. Certain roles like our clinical positions include an additional step called a share day. If you are asked to join us for a share day, you will experience a realistic job preview at one of Infinite Legacy’s offices or at one of the hospitals we partner with.
Step Six: Accept Offer
Once completing a share day, a member of the Human Resources Department will reach out with final feedback and/or extend an offer. If you are given a formal offer, you can expect information regarding our employee benefits and office perks.

How long will my online application last in the Infinite Legacy database?
Resumes will be kept in our database for a minimum of one year. You may be contacted in the event our employment needs change.
What can I expect during a phone interview?
Our phone interviews are held with someone from our Human Resources Department for about 30 minutes. We will review your resume, your work experience and problem-solving scenarios. Be prepared to discuss the solutions and outcomes. Please come ready with questions for your interviewer..
What can I expect during an onsite interview?
Each on-site interview lasts about two hours at one of our facilities in either Baltimore, Maryland or Falls Church, Virginia. During an in-person interview you will meet with three groups of team members including Infinite Legacy Leadership, position-based Department Managers and the Human Resources Department. Our team members will ask you behavioral based questions to show your problem-solving skills and professional experience. Be ready to explain why you are interested in working at Infinite Legacy. All candidates should also be prepared to ask questions to all three groups of interviewees and explain how they can uphold Infinite Legacy’s core values.
Does Infinite Legacy offer internships to students?
Yes, Infinite Legacy offers internships to students at the beginning of May. Starting in March, please check our website for any available internship opportunities.
Can I submit a general application if there isn’t a specific job I’m applying for?
Yes. If you do not feel your education or professional experience matches one of our current open positions, you can still submit your resume. If a position opens that matches your background, we will consider your application.
Do I need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per guidelines to work at Infinite Legacy?
Our clinical staff are required to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated as per guidelines set by our hospital partners. These positions include but are not limited to Clinical Recovery Coordinator, Donation Services Technician, Family Services Coordinator, Hospital Donation Coordinator and Surgical Specialist.
