Jaclyn “Jackie” Quackenbush, Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Jackie Quackenbush joined Infinite Legacy in 2019 as the organization’s director of human resources at the time. She is a senior human resource (HR) professional and recognized as a credible leader with more than 15 years of experience in management, HR consulting, employee and labor relations in union and non-union environments, performance management, leadership development and change management. Prior to joining Infinite Legacy, she had spent over 11 years at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Health System where she held positions as an HR consultant for employee and labor relations and the HR Director for The Johns Hopkins Children’s Center.  

Jackie received her master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Maryland and her bachelor’s degree in social work from West Virginia University. Jackie is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Organ Procurement Organization (AOPO) HR Council.
